Brett Iarrobino (they/them or he/him) has been a proud member of the No Evil Project’s Board of Directors since 2022. Brett is a teacher, writer, and doctoral student who works, learns, and creates in Worcester, Massachusetts. They hold a B.A. in English and Theatre Arts with a concentration in Playwriting and an M.A. in Teaching from Clark University, along with initial licenses in teaching middle/secondary English Language Arts and theater. Brett has spent the last four years teaching English Language Arts in Worcester Public Schools, first at University Park Campus School and now at Burncoat Middle School for the Arts, where they practice culturally sustaining teaching and learning that cultivates a sense of belonging and allows students to see themselves in the stories they read and bring to life together. They also work with the Bruce Wells Scholars Upward Bound program at Clark University, supporting Worcester high school students in preparing for post-secondary admission and success.
