Tell Us Your Good Deed

Tell Us Your Good Deed

I have been a lifelong advocate for deaf children's right to high quality education. I teach self advocacy workshops for young deaf children.

Why are you participating?

People are often too quick to assume that I'm not self-reliant, or am able to achieve much due to my deafness.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

I work and volunteer with MassHealth making sure everyone has healthcare. Healthcare is a right, not a privilege.

Why are you participating?

No one should be judged by their exterior appearance because you never know their story and what they are going through; and to also be nice to everyone because you don't know their story.
