I volunteer on public art projects because I love to see people get excited, astounded, and proclaim civic pride. In short, I like to make people smile and I believe public art can, and will, make more people smile than I will ever know.

I helped my aunt by cleaning her house when she was too weak to move. I felt honored to do this because in the end she was very thankful.
Why are you participating?: 

I'm all about the no evil. I practice no evil at home.

I work with dementia residents and I love to sing to them and make them laugh.
Why are you participating?: 

My granddaughter is multiracial and she just learned that by seeing the young multiracial girl's picture. Her mother is black and her father is white.
