Autistic kids are are just like every other child in that they want to be loved and accepted and need a little help from time to time. It doesn't matter if you're red blue or purple. You should be treated with respect.

I picked up someone stranded in middle of nowhere Maine, his car was on fire and he was headed to his cousins two towns over. He cared less about his car being on fire and more about me being diverted from where I was going. I support food assistance programs in my city. I'm on the board of a health agency.
Why are you participating?: 

There is too much despair in the world to not take part in something uplifting.
