Erica is a communications graduate from Lasell University with a strong passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion. During her time at Lasell, she was actively involved in the Multicultural Student Union and the Saudi Students Association.
Her lived experiences have shaped her commitment to challenging harmful labels and perceptions, and she is dedicated to promoting understanding across identities. Erica aims to help dismantle the belief that people are fundamentally different and works daily to foster environments grounded in respect, empathy, and inclusion.
