Tell Us Your Good Deed
Being involved in the Vagina Monologues is a great cause to be a part of. It also feels good to be a voice and raise awareness for those who cannot. Also the other day I let a man and his daughter go ahead of me in the checkout line at the grocery store because they had a smaller order than I did.
Why are you participating?
I believe in paying it forward and always trying to do the right thing. I also strongly believe in a separating of church and state. Politics and religion are not black and white. Instead they are beautiful shades of gray. It's important to keep in mind the basic belief that everyone is created equal and no one person is better or lesser than you. That is how I try to live my life every day.
