Why are you participating?: 

I really like what the organization is about. I get labeled a lot from anything from being racist because I'm bald, or mean because of the way I look. I can totally understand how stigmas have a negative effect.

I smile at everyone, even if I don't like the or know they don't like me. I know when I walk away either they are smiling too or just puzzled to why I smiled at them in the first place.
