I have volunteered for St. Vincent Hospital for 2 summers. I have helped clean the hospital, talk to patients and made their day, and helped departments so the hospital could function. It was an amazing opportunity to help others and create a friendly environment in the hospital.

I went on a 5 mile walk for my friend who is a survivor and my grandma who has Cancer. I also raised money of the Hole in The Wall Gang Camp who helps ill or disabled children.

I went on a mission trip to Mexico to help build a church. It was a beautiful experience that I will never forget. ^_^

It really takes a toll on your self esteem when you feel judged about your weight. I am learning to love my body even if it doesn't meet society's standards.
