Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I try to give back to my community whenever I am able. Bake sales, volunteering at the schools, participating in the town arts program.
Why are you participating?:

Because no matter how busy you are, there is time to be "not" evil.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I volunteer as often as I can for non-profits and donate regularly to various charities even though my personal budget is very tight. I also teach self defense courses to women for free based on my 30+ years of martial arts experience.
Why are you participating?:

I don't fit into a box. People are always trying to label me, and so now I own my own labels. My labels change every single day - and I am not defined by them.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I use my free time to not only raise awareness for substance abuse and recovery but to make myself available to people in my area who are looking for help finding treatment options.
Why are you participating?:

My whole life I have been surrounded by friends and family suffering with addiction and have seen the destruction it causes in not just their lives but in the lives of everyone who loves them.
