I helped a gentleman from Columbia figure out how to use a parking meter and showed him the way to the restaurant he was looking for that served Colombian food.

I'm a kidney transplant recipient and I recently met the mom of the little boy who donated his kidneys.

Changing a tire for a family, flat tire that was on their boat trailer boat was in tow. They were stuck in Boylston, MA at a gas station. The spare tire they had, the bolts were not matching the pattern on the rim. I torched holes into the rim using my welding equipment free of charge.
Why are you participating?: 

Anything positive or interesting draws me in.

I founded a non-profit organization, to show that it is possible to retain our cultural identity and be part of the community.
Why are you participating?: 

Differences are good and must be accepted. As an immigrant, I have been a victim of discrimination, and that was the reason why I founded my nonprofit.
