My good deeds are innumerable from helping to care for my elder sister / goddaughter / bestie (three different folks) to being the hostess with more than the mostest at a local bar (Slades) I bring joy to the world at every opportunity.

Why are you participating?

I am a fan of labels. I prefer for people to describe / define themselves rather than trying to figure out who's what!?!

Why are you participating?

I've recently had a reckoning with labels- my race, my sexuality, my disability, how they define me and how I can respect and contribute and be part of the culture- my cultures.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

I ignited a flag ceremony to help our high school recognize people from all walks of culture and country. Some of the students, including myself, wrote a speech, created a poster, and displayed our heritage flag. Important politicians and figures from Massachusetts came to witness the event.

Why are you participating?

People used to think I was gay because of my flamboyant personality. I am straight. I have ADHD which has inhibited some aspects of my life including my relationship with women. I have accepted that I have a chemical imbalance in my brain.
