I try to be aware of the things that people around me need help with, whether it is opening the door for a mom with 3 kids, helping someone carry their groceries, or calling my grandmother to make her laugh.
I care!

This past April and May I helped a friend get food after he had hurt his leg on the ice in the winter. It was good help for him since he was housebound and unable to get out of his house for a long time.
Because I want to be part of something good and show people that I am good.

I try and be helpful to everyone I meet and know. Even if it's just holding open a door. I try and make people I come across smile by being kind or funny. And lastly, I try and live my life by the motto "Share the love"
To try and make a small impact in the world, that will hopefully become contagious and touch many people in a positive way. We all need to do our part to "share the love" ♡

I always go out of my way to make things easier for those around me. Whether it's taking on part of a project that is overwhelming a committee member or working for a coworker who wants the day off.
I gave a lady my phone today, because she needed to call her friend for gas money. She said "God bless you".
Because I can.

I'm participating in a year of service next year after I graduate college and I am excited to breakdown the stigma of mental illness in our society and show the world that we do not need to be defined by the psychiatric disorders that label us :)

I always donate to the veterans collecting money outside of shopping centers.
I gave a homeless man half of a sandwich and some tomatoes I had been saving for dinner.
