Aparna

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I work with communities to improve access to cancer care.
Why are you participating?:

Being kind, inclusive, and putting out positive energy into the world.

Nidhi

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
Saving lives and bringing smiles. I brought composure and happiness, although for a short while, to my first case in med school who was suffering from cancer and the after-effects of chemotherapy. Sometimes just listening and being empathetic relieves people from their grief and helps them find their inner child again.

Shaun

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I collaborate with individuals living with chronic mental illnesses to support them in managing their health and navigate the complex health system.

Dr. Wendy

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I worked for several years as a volunteer at a no-kill animal shelter.
Why are you participating?:

I've witnessed many friends being labeled based on their sexuality or religion, and have been told I couldn't possibly be a good chiropractor because I'm "too small".

Mike

Northborough, MA
Estados Unidos
Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I have helped to organize a local / regional / national gun buyback program called Goods for Guns that has collected thousands of weapons off the streets of Central Massachusetts and beyond.
Why are you participating?:

I believe in celebrating the basic goodness of humanity.
