Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I have assisted many people that struggle / deal with dual diagnosis (mental health and substance abuse disorders). From helping with a positive affirmation let alone having empathy and compassion towards them, I made a difference in their recovery.
Why are you participating?:

I believe for a cause that us as humans can make an effort in our struggles and accomplishments that we face / achieve.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I took the time to talk to someone who really needed it.
Why are you participating?:

I am participating because the world now sees so much evil, hears so much evil and speaks so much evil.
I want to be part of the change.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
Letting another in a line ahead of me while in traffic.
Why are you participating?:

Participatory artistic events are few and far between. All High schoolers should try while one is available.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I volunteer as VP of Events for The Dance To Live Foundation, a non-profit organization founded to help teens suffering from depression and other mental-health conditions. I am also very much involved in the salsa community throughout the northeast.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I have volunteered at a local animal shelter as well as provided assistance and information to local public about rescuing pets and finding forever homes for the many amazing loving animals that are homeless. The most recent deed was helping a turtle cross the road so it didn't get squished!
Why are you participating?:

I think this is a fantastic project that allows us to break through and show our humanity. There aren't enough labels to define us since we are each unique and special in our own way. Each one of us has the ability to compassionately reach out and do something good.
