I am a member of the Outreach Committee at my church where I volunteer for various organizations. In addition, I have organized, and pay for, different clubs (craft club, movie/book club, and game club) after school for those who aren't necessarily involved in sports or music.
As a teacher, I see how labels effect the students I work with. Frankly, I'm just sick of it!!!
To be an anchor, calming presence, and reassurance that those close to me know they have someone who loves them, will take care of them and accepts them unconditionally.
