I really try to be a good friend, and I think that actually means a lot. I call and keep long distance friendships going and I reach out to be there for those close-by. I remind them that no one can get through this life on their own - we all need support systems - and I try to be part of that. I hope that helps them - in some small way - thrive and continue to be good people. Whether they’re keeping our energy clean, our country free of hatespeech, our communities more climate resilient, our water clean, or our children well-educated...

I make sure to smile at strangers, it’s amazing how a simple smile will change someone’s day.
It’s a great way to spread some positive vibes and illustrate how different we all are.

I care for people with physical and developmental disabilities and I love it!!
I feel like this is a wonderful cause. It shows that every body is different and to embrace those differences and be comfortable enough to express them and accept them.

I run a nonprofit with my mom that works to provide guidance and support for the local homeless, elderly, disabled, veterans, unemployed, underemployed, impoverished, and beyond. We provide free fellowship meals twice a month, as well as supply backpacks filled with everyday essentials for those who are in need.
I took part in the No Evil Project almost 10 years ago when I was in college. Back then, I thought this was such an amazing idea, and it has only gotten better since. I'm thrilled that this project has seen so much success. I love seeing everyone's photo sets!

I don't know. I do my best to always be positive, thoughtful, and kind. The rest takes care of itself.

One morning I woke up and scrolled through Facebook while still in bed. A friend of mine posted that he was stuck at work and his mom had a flat tire on the highway. I got up, jumped in my jeep and headed to the highway. I found his mom on the side of the road and changed her tire out. She couldn't speak English (Greek) but I know she was thankful.
Why not?
