Tell Us Your Good Deed

Pushed a person (35yr old black male) in an electric wheelchair approximately a mile to a T station so he could charge his chair (also put $ on his Charlie Card)

Why are you participating?

I believe in focusing on positive nature of living.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

I was the crazy cat lady in the neighborhood. Had spare kittens? I took them and vaccinated them and spayed them. Had annoying strays? I took them in and socialized them until they were ready for adoption. Those that were feral and weren't able to be adopted, I fed and watered and took to the vet as needed.

Why are you participating?

I thought this was a really neat way to say behind the labels we are all just people doing the best we can for ourselves and our fellow beings on this Earth. I'm a radical, and part of the radicalness I aim to achieve are radical acts of kindness that go beyond what a person expects.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

Volunteering for awareness and advocacy for Latinx and Afro-Latino issues. Telling positive stories of Latinx and communities and individuals of color.

Why are you participating?

Stereotypes and labels have been put on me, my family, and my beliefs since I can remember - most of them negative. I'm praising No Evil Project for taking this on and creating opportunities for changing the narrative.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

I volunteered at my local farmer's market providing art making activities to children.

Why are you participating?

I am an art therapist who works with adults who were abused and neglected as children trauma has affected my life and has impacted being in relationships throughout my life and I love being able to help others heal through art and the connections I build with them in counseling.
