Tell Us Your Good Deed

Why are you participating?

I love learning about the person behind the labels and how this project explores the labels we give ourselves and others.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

Facilitate group labyrinth walks as a form of walking meditation and building safe community; Help create and clean up after community meals; Sing and play my instruments at our UU church services.

Why are you participating?

I want to promote acceptance and appreciation for the worth and dignity of all beings, and the gifts they offer the world. Healing begins with self-acceptance and self-compassion and this project is a wonderful way to support that journey.

Why are you participating?
