Tell Us Your Good Deed:
In my spare time I do what I can for animals that don't have good lives.

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
Hosted an event for transgender individuals to have a safe space to shop for gender-affirming clothing!
Why are you participating?:

I've found that labels can be helpful in coming to terms with who you are, but they can be super problematic when it comes to gate-keeping and the negative connotation some labels end up with.

Ace

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
Volunteering with GSA and helping homeless queer teens
Why are you participating?:

Labels have always been difficult for me but I've grown to love my labels.

Missy

Tell Us Your Good Deed:
I'm always willing to listen and share my story if it means helping someone else through the dark.
Why are you participating?:

It has been hard to cope with being a survivor of violence and preserve the identities that I'm proud of. Labels can hurt and people don't realize how damaging some can be during recovery.
