I love giving money and food to the homeless. I remember driving in the car with my mom on my 18th birthday and seeing a homeless man sitting on the side of the street crying. I had cupcakes that I knew I wasn't going to eat, so I pulled over, got out of the car and gave them to him.

While in line at the grocery store, the person in front of me didn’t have enough to complete their transaction. I paid the difference of what was owed and they were so grateful.
We all need to be a little more kind to each other. This is a nice reminder of that!

I volunteer with a fantastic organization which highlights local art, music, food and non-profits, encouraging the community to do business locally. I also compulsively hold doors open for the next person.
However different we may be, the No Evil Project shows each of us for the good we do in the world.

I am an avid volunteer who once befriended a stranger who wanted someone to take her to planned parenthood. I sat with her and bought her lunch afterwards. Never spoke to her again as it was before social media started but I think about her often. Wish I could remember her name.
